Have you seen him? Fugitive child rapist believed to be hiding in Cleveland

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Davon Walker.

Walker is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police Department. Walker is wanted for raping a child under the age of 12.  Allegedly, Walker raped the young child and used his cell phone to video record the assault.  The video was discovered when someone borrowed the suspect's phone, saw the video, and recognized the child.  

Walker is a 23-year-old black man standing approximately 5'10" and weighing 160 pounds.  He has black hair and brown eyes.  Walker is believed to be hiding on the east side of Cleveland.  He also has a previous address near the 7700 block Lawn Ave. in Cleveland.
